Becoming A Regular- Why every woman should have “Her Spot”

There’s something powerful about walking into a place where they know your name.

As women, we spend so much of our lives pouring into others, our children, our families, our responsibilities. We show up, we give, we serve. But where do we go to simply be?

I’ve found that space at my neighborhood Starbucks.

And no, it’s not just about the coffee. ☺️

Almost every morning, I stop by the same location to grab drinks for myself, my parents, and even my kids. Other times, it’s just a quick moment for me before the day begins.

And over time, something shifted.

It became exciting.

It became intentional.

It became something I looked forward to, like seeing a friend.

Not in an overwhelming or dependent way, but in a way that felt good. Familiar in the best sense. Safe. Welcoming.

It wasn’t just about grabbing coffee anymore… it was about the feeling I knew I would have when I got there.

The staff greets me with a smile. They’re kind, consistent, and welcoming, not just to me, but to everyone who walks through those doors. And listen… if I come in with a cute outfit, they are the FIRST to hype me up. 😂

It’s those small interactions that remind you, you’re seen.

💛 Why Being a “Regular” Matters

There’s value in having a place where:

  • Your presence is recognized

  • Your order is familiar

  • Your energy feels welcomed

It creates a sense of ease in a life that can often feel busy and overwhelming.

Being a “regular” isn’t about routine, it’s about belonging.

✨ It’s Not Just the Coffee, It’s the Experience

Now don’t get me wrong, the experience here is top tier.

The store is clean, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is consistent every single time. I’ve tried a variety of drinks and food, and everything is provided with care and accuracy.

But what keeps me coming back isn’t just what’s on the menu…

It’s how I feel when I’m there.

🌿 Trust Me on this…

Find your place.

It doesn’t have to be a coffee shop. It could be a diner, a tea spot, a quiet corner somewhere. But find somewhere that feels like a soft place to land.

Because in a world where you’re constantly giving…

You deserve a space that gives back to you too.

If you take anything from this, let it be this…

Becoming a regular isn’t just about habit, it’s about intention.

And sometimes, the smallest, most ordinary places become the ones that restore you the most.
